Choose the dot hardness for your axle. This axle uses 6mm wide flat axle keys that are 60mm long. It's a 30mm axle designed for Kart Republic and Parolin Cadet Karts, with a 5mm wall thickness. It has a black oxide finish for durability. You can select from different hardness levels: 2 Dot for medium hardness (the stock option), 4 Dot for hard, and 5 Dot for super hard.
Using this axle is straightforward. First, make sure your Kart Republic or Parolin Cadet Kart is turned off and on a stable surface. Then, carefully install the axle with the 6mm wide flat axle keys. When it comes to the hardness, if you're not sure, the 2 Dot medium hardness is a good starting point. As for maintenance, keep the axle clean and dry. Wipe it down regularly to prevent dirt and debris from building up. If you notice any signs of wear or damage, replace the axle promptly.
