MCP 3/8-24 Standard Rear Brake Caliper Bolt Kit

This bolt kit is designed for standard - sized calipers, not for Mini - Lite models. Each brake caliper requires 2 bolt kits. In most cases, this kit will do the job just fine. Each kit comes with a 3/8 - 24 x 4' drilled hex bolt, a 3/8 - 24 castle nut, 2 small 3/8 OD washers, and a 1/16x1' cotter pin.

To use this brake caliper bolt kit, first make sure you have the right caliper size. Remember, it's for standard calipers, not Mini - Lite ones. You'll need 2 kits for each caliper. Start by installing the 3/8 - 24 x 4' drilled hex bolt into the caliper. Then, attach the 3/8 - 24 castle nut. Place the 2 small 3/8 OD washers between the bolt and the caliper for a better fit. Finally, insert the 1/16x1' cotter pin through the castle nut to secure it. As for maintenance, check the bolts and nuts regularly to make sure they're tight. If you notice any signs of wear or looseness, replace the parts right away. And always keep the kit clean to prevent rust and damage.
