Mychron 4 Magnetic Lap Time Receiver

This is a replacement magnetic receiver designed for Mychron 3 and 4 gauges. It can also be used with Mychron 5 gauges, though it's not the best choice. For Mychron 5, getting lap times via GPS is recommended. This receiver only works when the track has magnets buried in the asphalt and doesn't detect standard transponder scoring loops.

To use this magnetic lap - time receiver, first make sure it's properly connected to your Mychron 3 or 4 gauge. If you're using it with a Mychron 5 gauge, be aware that it's not the preferred method; GPS is better for getting lap times. Remember, the track must have magnets buried in the asphalt for it to work. It won't pick up standard transponder scoring loops. When it comes to maintenance, keep it clean and dry.
