MCP 5/16-24 Brake Disc Bolt Mounting Kit

This MCP mounting kit is designed for standard - sized MCP discs that are drilled for safety pins. You'll need four kits for each brake disc. It's a versatile option that works in most cases, but it's not suitable for the Mini - Lite Brake Kit. The kit includes a 5/16 - 24 x 1 1/4' drilled hex bolt, a 5/16 - 24 metal locking nut, a 5/16 small OD washer, and a 1/16x1' cotter pin.

To use this brake disc mounting kit, first, gather all the parts included in the kit. Place the 5/16 small OD washer on the 5/16 - 24 x 1 1/4' drilled hex bolt. Then, insert the bolt through the pre - drilled holes in the brake disc. Secure it with the 5/16 - 24 metal locking nut. Finally, insert the 1/16x1' cotter pin to ensure a tight fit. Remember, this kit is not for Mini - Lite Brake Kits, so make sure you have the right type of brake disc. For maintenance, regularly check the tightness of the nut and bolt. If you notice any signs of wear, replace the parts as needed to keep your brakes in good working condition.
