Using this KartLift skid plate kit is easy. First, take out the three plates and the mounting hardware from the package. Identify the front piece and the two side pieces according to the measurements. Position the front piece under the front chassis hoop and the side pieces along the main rails of your kart. Then, use the provided mounting hardware to secure the plates in place. When using the kart, keep in mind that although the skid plates offer great protection, they can't handle extreme impacts. Avoid hitting large obstacles at high speeds. For maintenance, after each use, check the plates for any signs of damage like cracks or loose parts. If you find any issues, replace the damaged parts right away. Regularly clean the plates with a mild soap and water solution to keep them in good condition.
