This bung can work with either the Big Nut EGT sensor style or the 5mm external thread small EGT sensor. However, the pipe isn't ready - to - use for either bung right out of the box. If you choose the Big Nut Style EGT, you'll need to drill a small hole in the bottom of the pipe bung for sensor insertion. For the 5mm External Thread Style EGT sensor, you'll have to grind or cut down the EGT bung to the 'flat' part and then drill the center, being careful not to remove the inner 5mm threads.
