MCP 5/16-24 Master Cylinder Bolt Kit

This master cylinder bolt kit is drilled to accommodate safety clips, enhancing safety and reliability. You'll need two kits for each brake master cylinder. In most cases, this kit is a perfect fit. The kit includes a 5/16-24 x 2 1/4' drilled hex bolt, a 5/16-24 nylock nut, two 5/16 small OD washers, and a 1/16 x 1' cotter pin. Ideal for ensuring smooth brake operation.

Using this master cylinder bolt kit is straightforward. First, make sure you have two kits for each brake master cylinder. Install the 5/16-24 x 2 1/4' drilled hex bolt, then add the 5/16 small OD washers on either side. Secure it with the 5/16-24 nylock nut. Finally, insert the 1/16 x 1' cotter pin through the drilled hole for added safety. When handling the kit, be careful not to damage the parts. Regularly check the tightness of the nut to ensure optimal performance. If you notice any signs of wear or damage, replace the parts immediately.
